The Joint Grants Committee of The United Church of Canada and The United Church of Canada Foundation is accepting Seeds of Hope grant applications until 5 p.m., Friday, April 13. The Joint Grants Committee will accept The McGeachy Senior Scholarship, the W. Norman McLeod Bursary, and the Roy M. Davidson Trust applications until March 31. Seeds of Hope grants are available for new, innovative, projects that:
 

• provide innovative seniors’ ministry,

• focus on children and youth,

• address environmental and social justice issues,

• look at new ways to provide ministry and support during transition periods,

• facilitate experiencing faith and spirituality,

• promote and recognize excellence in scholarship, academics, and enlightening lectures.
