LeaderShift changes leadership

Shifting Times, Courageous Leadership

To be a faithful leader in this time means we need to have the inner and outer skills necessary to lead spiritually, creatively and Biblically. Through LeaderShift, BC Conference has dedicated resources to support leaders in managing change and leading faithfully through challenge.

LeaderShift provides programs, coaching and on-site support to Ministry Personnel in BC Conference who are doing the inspiring and challenging work of building communities of faith.

LeaderShift relies on the body of Christ to share and celebrate the gifts of many. Christian leaders are never made in isolation. Our faith understands leadership to be a gift developed in community. Trainers and facilitators for our programs come from many backgrounds and fields of expertise.
